Recital Information

Please make sure you are aware of which performance your child is in and that you have the appropriate tickets.

Be backstage 1/2 hour before your performance starts. Please do not get there too much earlier, as there may still be a performance going on. Children must remain backstage for the entire show. Mark names in all costumes and shoes. Bring necessary bobby pins, safety pins, and hair clips. All children are included in the Finale. Make-up should be worn at both the dress rehearsal and the show. Lipstick, blush, eye shadow and eyebrow pencil are sufficient to give natural color under the lights. Hair must be combed and neat. Long hair should be held back with barrettes or fixed so as not to be falling in front of your child's face. No costumes in the audience the night of the show. Please wear your costume to the show with a cover-up or recital t-shirt on. No Tap shoes in the audience. Again we must remind you NO PICTURES, MOVIES, OR VIDEOS ARE TO BE TAKEN DURING THE SHOW. PLEASE DO SO AT THE REHEARSAL!
The show is being professionally video taped, you may purchase a video or DVD if so desired.
All 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, year awards will be handed out on stage at the show, including the Father's. All Fathers receiving the above awards please be backstage before the show begins. All other awards will be given out during the last class of May at the studio. ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL, INCLUDING MAY'S TUITION AND ALL PAST LATE FEES, BEFORE RECITAL TICKETS WILL BE ISSUED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
There will be a concession stand to buy snacks, but please remember no food or drink allowed in the auditorium.

If you have pre-ordered flowers you may pick them up any time before, during, or after the performance. There will be flowers for sale if you have not pre-ordered them. It is suggested that you order and pay for your flowers in advance to save time.

Fathers that are in the Dad/Daughter Dance, please check the program to see where your dance is (Part I or Part II) so you can leave the auditorium and line up backstage 4 dances before you go on.
